As an INTP who doesn’t have Instagram: The closest thing I have to an identity is probably the company I keep, combined with what the company says about my work/music/books. If someone compliments me specially, I often read it several times in hopes it will stick. My self-image is either invisible or inherited loathing, so all I can do right now is hope the reflection of me from others will one day look right to me.
